By accessing or using Buuk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Buuk is an AI-powered platform that helps users create books, including writing assistance, cover design, audiobook generation, marketing tools, and publishing features.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Buuk. This includes book manuscripts, cover designs, marketing materials, and any other creative works. We claim no intellectual property rights over your creations.

5. Credits and Billing

Buuk operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are used for AI-powered features (generation, covers, audiobooks, etc.)
  • Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle (monthly plans)
  • Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if credits are unused

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Buuk to:

  • Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to bypass credit usage or abuse the system
  • Resell access to the platform without authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all content before publication. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are free from errors.

8. Subscription and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your content remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation to allow for export.

9. Limitation of Liability

Buuk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
